They primarily come out to inspect when you are purchasing a house. They are absolutely wonderful. They are very thorough. My son has also used their services several times. He used them when he bought his house about three years ago. Home Pro actually belongs to something else, but it is run independently. It is affiliated with something, but they do everything and they have been doing it for years. Robert Newkirk is very thorough. He is so thorough that when we were looking at other homes and we said that we would have that inspected; they said that anyone could inspect it, but not him. I guess he would find something that the real estate people don?t want you to find. So, I told them that if they didn?t want him to inspect the house, then I wouldn?t buy it. It also saves you a lot of time. He is very good. We would definitely use his services in the future too.
