Mark, the owner, and everyone who works at M&M Automotive are wonderful. The are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They only take cast or checks because taking a credit card costs a small business, and Mark prefers to treat his employees like the professionals that they are and provide full benefits rather than pay a large corporation/bank. Mark takes care of his workers just as he takes care of his customers. When a car has an issue, he takes the time to teach an ignorant driver (me) the options and costs. He has the knowledge to be creative and find a solution that solves the problem and fits your budget. M&M Automotive is an old fashioned business. It is a great asset to the Rhinebeck community.

Have used Mand M several times over the years to check out used cars prior to purchase. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They take their time and review the details with me. Also advise on the price being asked relative to condition of the car.

They're the best. They're always honest. He will tell us if something is going wrong before it happens. If we go in with a light bulb, he just replaces it. He's a really good guy.

They are fabulous. My experience with them has been excellent. They have good mechanics around and they don't dodge me, and they don't sell me something I don't need. They're recommended by an auto rating service. The part that sticks out to me about them is how good they are and how they don't sell me anything that I don't need. They're not really expensive. I deliberately use them even though I could use someone in the city or at another place. So I go there just to go to them.

We have used him for years and are completely satisfied with him. There was a mystery noise. They kept the car for three or four days. They processed it extensively and it was a difficult thing to find. They stayed with it and returned the car in good order. The noise is gone. They were helpful as usual. We have a lot of confidence in them. We have used them for a long time and they are very easy to deal with. They are very pleasant.
