We were skeptical at first, but then realized it was a family business. The job was done in a timely manner and the results were perfect. He said we may have one small problem with an elbow joint leaking. If so, he would come back and remedy the problem. After the next rain storm he was there promptly to fix the problem.
Showed up when he promised me.
Did the work and everthing met expectations.
At the first rain, some two weeks later, all of the corner joint on the gutters leaked.
Was promised a return visit several times but since my waife and I both work, I don't know that he ever came back.
In any case, the gutters never stopped leaking.
Repeated calls and messages went un returned.
Article appeared in Poughkeepsie Journal indicating that MANY other customers had problems with this contractor.
I filed a complaing with the NYS attorney generals office but my leaking gutters remain.
I would never use this contractor again.
i was a totaly strung out between the no call back,thinking i lost my 100.00 down payment,and then he shows up out off the blueacting like this this is the normal way to do business and to top it all off the gutters leak.DU NOT USE THIS MAN.
