I worked with Jim Ettenson when I was buying a lot on which to build a house. I had chosen him because of reviews elsewhere that cited not only his knowledgeability and hard work, but also his honesty and his commitment to his client regardless of the price of the property. I found this to be the case. My transaction was worth a small fraction of those he was working on for other clients, but I always felt like my purchase was a high priority for him. He always returned phone calls very promptly and was clear and informative about the pros and cons of possible courses of action. I always felt he was looking out for my interests. Having this level of confidence in my realtor was essential to me and he lived up to his great reputation. Also, because he had worked here a long time, he was able to recommend competent and affordable providers of related services. In sum, I was extremely impressed with his work and would highly recommend him.
