My clothes washer was starting to make a squeaking noise. I called to schedule a visit. They promptly replied with a convenient time. Upon inspection, the repair technician determined the need for a new "balancer" for the tub... a part which had to be ordered. Once the part arrived, a new time was scheduled to install the part (about 1.5 hr). Once the repair was completed, the washer was silent again!
I was not charged for the initial visit (to troubleshoot the problem) and I felt the repair cost was very reasonable. Service was handled efficiently, and professionally.
