The best driveway sealing job we have had in 20 years. Greg was great about contacting us to schedule, and also to communicate re-scheduling due to weather, which we appreciated. Very professional. The job was done when they said they would do it. The driveway looks great. We are very happy with it and the service!

Do not use this contractor.  If there is a problem, which I had, he does not stand behind it.  I like to contract with small local businesses.  I had two quotes, both similar price.  Greg, the owner, came for the estimate.  His crew came and as I watched it appeared to be very carefully done, every surface, carefully near the grass, cleanly where the driveway meets the street. Within 2 weeks, it started to chip off.  I called Greg, left a message.  No call back.  I called again and Greg answered the phone.  He said they could come out and do a little touch up.  Nothing happened.  I called again and Greg answered the phone.  He was hesitant and said he had a worker who lived near my house and he (Greg) didn't know what the status was.  Never heard from Greg again, nobody ever came, no "touch up" was done.

Greg is awesome.  He quickly responded to our request for a quote and then got the job done ahead of schedule.  In addition, he price was slightly better than competition.  I will definitely be calling for our annual sealcoating.

 The first scheduled day was cancelled because it looked like rain and indeed it did seem to threaten to 
 rain all day. Greg called to explain the delay. We had a few days like that so my neighbor ( who was also having it done) and i continued to park on the street. On the first decent sealcoating day - they arrived in the late afternoon, just as scheduled for the original date. I was not home, but  I have great neighbors and  three wonderful male neighbors, all over the age of 50 and experienced in building, home maintenance, etc. happened to be in their respective homes at the time the crew arrived.  The neighbors  busied themselves with their  lawns and glanced over from time to time to see how the work was being accomplished. All were positively impressed! I don't know a thing about seal coating a driveway but the neighbors do, and they were impressed on the time the Sealcoating Services of Clifton Park team gave to the project and the attention to details including the neatness of the job. My neighbor who was also having it done, has a smaller driveway and their driveway was in great shape and hardly needed the seal but they were interested in preventive maintenance . Theirs looks great too, and I understand the work was done very swiftly but thoroughly. My driveway required more fill and consequently more time, - in both cases they did a fine professional job. All in all I am very satisfied and recommend them as an excellent choice.  They honored the Angie's discount.   I think the rates are competitive and given the amount of work they did in my case, I think the rates are very reasonable.  
  Bottom line - Excellent work at a very reasonable price done by experienced professionals who have earned the right to boost about how great a driveway looks after they have seal coated it. They are experts and it shows!

requested quote to seal coat long driveway with double space at top and fill large cracks.  responded immediately, scheduled right away for quote and scheduled job for timely completion.  when crew arrived, I showed them where my electric dog fence crossed driveway.  They were careful to avoid cutting it.  cracks are filled, oil stains gone, driveway was sealed in timely manner.

Very professional.  Edged driveway, brushed off soil from edge where grass was removed, cleaned driveway with blower and then seal coated.  Especially liked the way the technicians explained what they were going to do.  Did an excellent job.  Even though they weren't the lowest bid, I liked the fact that Craig explained about the quality sealer they used, and how it wasn't diluted excessively with water.  Glad I hired them-- it pays to buy quality.

Greg Tarte is quite the salesman.  He apologized for not returning our calls to get an estimate, explaining that he had phone problems.  Greg came to the house, gave us a reasonable estimate for seal coating our driveway and said that he could fill a crack for us. The crew arrived when he said they would. They were professional and courteous.  The job looked great when they left.  We paid Greg on the spot.

Two days later the fill in the crack had receded.  I called Greg - he returned my call.  I knew I was in trouble when he asked "what was your expectation for the job?"  I responded that I did not expect the crack to reappear after only a few days.  After a few more calls he did have someone come and refill the crack.

Approximately a week after that soft, sticky spots remained on the driveway and the fill in the crack had again settled.  Upon calling Greg I got the same question from him, "what was your expectation?"  I told him that I expected that he would do what he said at the time of the estimate.  Another issue had come up with marks from fertilized that I asked his opinion on but was not holdiing him responsible for.

I have placed numerous calls to Greg - he said that he would be here to take a look.  That was a few weeks ago.  On my last call to him I left a message stating  that if he did not return my call I would assume that he would not stand behind his work. 

I know that this was not a bid job for Greg but I was very disappointed that he did not do what he agreed to do.

They did an ok job. The big deal only covered a small portion of the driveway, so I did have to pay extra to cover the entire driveway, which I expected because my driveway is large.

I am sometimes weary of lowest bids, but after speaking to Greg I felt very comfortable that he would do a good job. My expectations were met and exceeded. He called me the day the was coming and showed up as promised. The work performed was great.  The driveway was edged nicely and the sealer was applied evenly and neatly. The end of the driveway was taped off. There was one little oil spot that showed through the sealer, but Greg is sending his crew back to prime and re-seal that area at no additional cost.  So A+ for that.  I will definitely use Sealcoating Services of Clifton Park again in the future.

They arrived on the agreed upon date and did a first-rate job. Very professional work and everything was done cleanly with no mess and without errors. I especially noticed how they trimmed the edges of the driveway (where the driveway meets my front yard) perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors and had absolutely no issues.

I obtained several other estimates deciding to do business with Sealcoating Services of Clifton Park. Greg called me with a time that the job was to be completed. The crew arrived as indicated, they completed the job in several hours taking care to not get any coating on the grass, buildings etc. I would recommend them without hesitation. The service turned out fine. Scheduling was easy. They showed up on time and did a good job.

It was good. I had an additional square footage so I paid an additional amount. They did a quote, they came, and they worked well. I never them in person.

Job was performed as promised.

The owner did not respond immediately to our request after we made the Angie's list deal.  We offered several choices of dates, but work was not scheduled until later.  The work was acceptable, but we had the job done by another sealcoating business several years ago for a little over half this price and they seemed to have put down a layer that filled in the cracks better and covered more evenly.
