had my car towed to dilorenzos , he hot wired it to get it running , less than 10 days later i now have the same problem after paying almost $600 for a cob job and now i believe my starter has burnt out because of his wiring job on my car. Also , Charlie stole parts off my car. He has no customer service skills and i would never waste my time or money at this shop ever again. When i called him about the problem he barely gave me any chance to explain what it was doing and said he would take a look at it after i get it towed there for a second time. do not waste your money!!!!!!

I waited too long to have the rear brakes checked so everything had to be replaced, both sides. But, there was also quite a bit of rust on the backing plates which, if replacement is necessary, runs into even greater cost because the wheel bearings would most likely also need replacing. Charlie DeLorenzo was able to salvage the backing plates saving me that significant extra cost. He did not charge anything additional beyond what was originally quoted for the brake job. Also, part of the work was a general inspection of the vehicle. Sometimes this can result in "add-ons" in the way of recommended repairs. Not with Charlie and Marcus. Apparently they just want to make sure the vehicle is safe, thus the general inspection. Everything checked out OK. So I would recommend DeLorenzo's Auto Service. Expert work and they only fix what absolutely needs fixing. I plan to take my Honda Accord to DeLorenzo's for 200,000 mile service.

Di Lorenzo Auto repair is a professional and experiences shop. As a woman I didn't feel taken advantage of and he explained everything that was happening with my vehicle. He even showed me the old parts that were replaced.

This was a 10 year old car that had not been well maintained over the years. I needed the car to be run over and made 100% functional and all maintenance done since it would be used for transporting children. Charlie inspected and took care of everything top to bottom. There was a lot to be done on car that only received oil changes over the 10 years. I was extremely comfortable the work was done well and I felt Charlie was extremely honest and fair with me.

I've used these guys since moving here 4 years ago. Before that, my grandfather used to use Charlie and his dad for years. Now, everyone I know uses them. They aren't the cheapest but they do incredible work and WILL NOT rip you off. They are straight shooters and will tell you exactly the status and condition of your vehicle and reason for repairs, what the cause/source of issue was. They will even show you the broken part(s). These guys are very honest and do a great job. My Ford truck has over 185K miles on it and is still running great, all because of the work these guys do. They use the best parts and fluids (again, not the cheapest but they are the best). I highly recommend DiLorenzo's.

It went very smoothly overall and they were very fair to us. They took the van in right away. It took a day or two to complete. The final cost was less than the estimate. The van seems to be running very well now and we have had no other power issues since.

My vehicle was long overdue for inspection. Though it took nearly 10 days and two separate drop-offs, Charlie (the owner),and his team got it done. Granted, it was more expensive than I would've hoped, but parts for my vehicle are pricey to begin with. Charlie did his best to find the best part for the lowest price, and to clearly explain what needed to be repaired and how it would be done after completing his diagnostics. He was also very accurate with his pre-repair estimates. Where they went above and beyond is my reason for writing this review. Charlie himself took my car home with him and drove it around that evening to reset the code cycle so the car would pass inspection the next day and I could come pick up my car. Another garage, and especially a dealership, would have made me do all that driving myself and then have me bring it back just so they could put the inspection sticker on it. Charlie saved me a lot of time and hassle. Also, a piece of interior molding around the driver's side door had recently become loose and was hanging down. I hadn't had a chance to glue it back in place myself but planned to do so after repairs were complete. To my very happy surprise, they had fixed it for me without my even having had to ask and didn't charge me a dime for it. Now that is customer service.
