Because we planned all details and phases together with contractor, we had very few unanticipated problems. And when we did hit an occassional snag, we found him to be an excellent problem solver. We had no tense moments or worries about his delivery of the project as promised. During the course of the project, we decided to add a number of features in addition to the original scope of work. These add-ons were defined and costed separately from the project, but did not significantly extend the completion commitment.
We are very pleased with the finished project. The Fritz Construction team (Mark and his craftsmen) were a delight to work with and responsive to our questions and requests.
