RyanAire Duct Cleaning

Ryanaire was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. My brand new house had so much construction dust in the ducts and Ryanaire came in and made it sparkling! Friendly people and very clean.

They were fast and efficient. I appreciate being shown all the yuck that came out of the vents. They explained everything throughly. We suffer severe allergies and am happy to be able to breathe clean again!

Ryanaire came to our house this morning to clean our heating ducts. I have to say Daniel and Jason showed up on time and we’re ready to work. They were both professional and did a great job.

I called to see if they could remove a dead mouse from my vents. They offered me a good deal to have all the vents cleaned which would remove the mouse. The two men that came to my home were polite and answered the questions I had. One even offered advice on how to find how the mouse got in. However, they were not successful and they did not remove the mouse. When I called to have them come back, they did so willingly. Pat came and supervised as they sprayed some kind of deodorizer/disinfectant into the vents but did not attempt to remove the mouse. The smell of the spray was incredibly strong and possibly worse than the dead mouse. It lasted for about a month. So while they did hide the smell, I feel that I was still left breathing in particles of a dead rodent. Overall, I feel this process was a waste of money.

They showed up exactly at the time they stated, they did a great job in our house that had never had the ducts cleaned out. Very professional and, I think, reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again in a few years when we have a second cleaning.

Called several Companies and RyanAire was the most reasonable. He wasn't scheduled until May 17th. He had a cancellation and knowing my situation (mouse somewhere in the duct) with a foul odor and came out on May 10th. Mr. Ryan and his helper (think Tim) were very professional and knew what they were doing. They found what duct the (dead) mouse was and removed it and cleaned the air duct system. They also cleaned their mess up. I WOULD use their services again and also recommend them.

It went well. They were punctual and professional and they will be back in a few years! We have an old farmhouse that had not had ducts cleaned before. They worked their way through all the twists and turns and did an outstanding job. They didn't complain and made it happen.
