very well - serviceman was most helpful and found problem with in minutes - gave me a quote for repair because machine manufacturer designed for full replacement of part - over cost of new machine - got excellent advice on purchasing a machine based on my criteria - was handled immediately with a sale price and machine was delivered and installed within days.

Service is excellent, they are really great to deal with. They have always been good to us, you can beat their prices at Home Depot, but they come pretty close. They are here when they say they will be. They’re good. We’ve had a freezers and refrigerators die, and they gotten us replacements very quickly.

Bob answered my questions. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy. Gary called before he came to install the TV. He went over the directions/use of my new tv with me. It was a positive experience. They don't have a fancy exterior at Rensselaer Appliance/Exchange TV at 400 Columbia Turnpike in East Greenbush but it is definitely worth stopping there for your appliance needs.

Awesome job! They were quick to respond and fixed the problem quickly. They had the part needed on the truck. I was very pleased with their service and price.

They were fine. They were prompt. The young man who came out was very knowledgeable. I felt they were honest and wanted to do their best. The price was fair and reasonable. I would absolutely use them again.

They diagnosed the problem quickly, the repaired it promptly and the repair was spot on contrary to what someone else had told me. It took him only 15 minutes to diagnose the problem, he had to send for a part, the part came in and he installed it. The fridge has been running fine ever since. The only down side for him was that it was bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I would use this company again in the future.

Nate showed me where it had been burned and cracked. He showed me the mound of singed lint he had removed from the vicinity near the open flame. He gave me tips about dryer sheets and having the flame area serviced/cleaned. He was a very pleasant young man and a wonderful representative for his employer.

I THOUGHT THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS BEAT THE PRICES OF OTHER STORES AROUND. HOWEVER, SOMETIMES WHEN I USE A SMALLER COMPANY THEY AREN'T AS PUNCTUAL.

THEY WERE VERY TIMELY. THEY CAME THE DAY AFTER WE CALLED THEM. THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HE WAS DEFINITELY VERY COOPERATIVE. HE WORKS VERY WELL WITH US IN TAKING CARE OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF. HE WAS PUNCTUAL BUT HE WAS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY. THE REPAIR GOT DONE QUICKLY AND CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME.

THEY WERE GOOD IN THEIR RESPONSIVENESS BECAUSE THEY CAME OUT PRETTY QUICKLY. THE REFRIGERATOR IS MAKING ANOTHER NOISE SO I'M NOT SURE IF THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM, OR IS SOMETHING NEW IS WRONG WITH IT.

THEY ARE PRETTY EXPENSIVE BUT THEY ARE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS SO WE ARE COMFORTABLE USING THEM. USUALLY THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

I'VE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR ABOUT TWENTY-FIVE YEARS. I'VE BOUGHT ALMOST ALL MY APPLIANCES FROM THEM, AND THEY'VE SERVICED THOSE PRODUCTS. THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY'VE NEVER PERFORMED BADLY.

IT TOOK A WEEK FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK AND WHEN THEY FINISHED, IT ONLY WORKED FOR AN HOUR AFTER THEY LEFT. I CALLED THEM, AND THEY JUST SAID THAT I NEEDED A NEW DRYER.
