"Hello [Member Name Removed], Please understand the text you received from Donna is the same text she sends out to all of our customers. Then you replied that you had wanted to be home for the estimate which is no big deal, we meet with people all the time. The part I don’t understand is why you quickly jumped all over her as you are doing here which by the way comes as no surprise. Please understand we have been in business for twenty years and are the number one rated residential sealcoating company in the area from Delmar to Queensbury. Donna sent me the entire text message between you and her and honestly the level of anger you showed and blatant disrespect towards her I find completely appalling. Furthermore when Donna told you we were not on Angie’s list she was not trying to misinform you or lie about it. I handle all of the social media accounts and so on. What she meant was we are not accredited with them as we are not with the BBB as well. No offense to Angie’s list but we have never needed a third party to sign off on our company nor will we pay for one. Our business has been spread by word of mouth by the entire Capital Region based upon trust, integrity, honesty, and a mutual respect we have for the homeowner and their dwellings. Let’s not forgot how this conversation all took place live at 8pm on October 28th the very end of the season. As we have already assisted thousands of homeowners seal their driveways this year alone. See our office receives 250 plus calls and emails a day. Every day for the last three months of the season. We seal anywhere from 125-150 homes a week. I’m not bragging or boasting in anyway, just stating the facts. So what your telling me is when you contacted us two days prior to November and were met with a immediate response by me then a immediate response by Donna trying to get you on the list for outgoing estimates I should have just said no and we’re done for the season but I’m sure you would have had something to say about that as well. God bless and peace be with you."
"Thank you so much for taking the time to share your brief experience with us. We look forward to working with you in the future. Give us a call whenever you are ready. Thank you!"
"Thank you so much for taking the time to write a positive review! We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your experience with us! It's funny because most people get angry or feel short changed when we get in and out so fast! We work very ho*** ** and off the asphalt to be able to bring our "A game" to each and every job. It's been 15 years and we continue to push ourselves harder to be the best in our field. Our equipment is always maintained in tip top shape to assist us in being able to average around 7 minutes per 1,000 sqft sealing time. Thank you so much again for the great review! We look forward to seeing you in the future and we will try and cut that time down to 25 minutes! enjoy the driveway and the rest of your summer!"
"We did accidentally seal your driveway free of charge, as your neighbor had given us the wrong address. He told us over the phone he needed two driveways sealed. One was his and the other was for a neighbor. Unfortunately for us he got the house numbers confused, as anyone could. We contacted you as soon as we realized there had been a mistake. There is no issue with the material we use as it comes directly from Copeland Coatings who has been making sealer since 1950. The part about there being splatter on the house is certainly a new addition to the story in an attempt to make us look bad. The only downfall is I was there myself and did all the cut in and the finish and know for a fact your home was spotless when we left. I also have the photo I took that day of your driveway because I was so pleased with the outcome, it looked perfect. You also tried this same complaint with the BBB where we have maintained a A+ rating since our inception. Donna contacted you multiple times as documented in our rebuttals with the BBB. You even went as far as to try and pursue a civil case for restitution even though you were never charged for any services. We have also have a great relationship with law enforcement through out the entire Capital Region as we seal many of their driveways too. Try as you may but we are known as the most respected sealcoating company in the Capital Region. Matter of fact we replaced 5 square of siding on a house last year due to a freak storm on a ninety degree day that called for zero chance of rain. As we have also washed houses, painted doors & trim, and completely replaced doors when necessary all due to inaccurate forecasts and unforeseeable circumstances. We're the best in the business which is why to this day we seal many of your neighbors who are always satisfied with our work and happy to see us come."
"Thank you for voicing your positive experience with us to the world and the rest of the Angie's List members! We hope you continue to use our services in the future! I would also like to add we do offer snow removal services if you are ever in need. Thanks again for the kind words!"
"So sorry for the delayed response, I usually get a notice when a review is posted. Maybe you posting in December slipped past my defenses! We are very pleased you were happy with the work we had performed. Seems like the only issue is the price!? Give us a call next time you need us and I will make sure we come down a little on the price, it is the least we can do for the positive review. Thank you again for sharing your experience with us to others, it means a lot to us and the business. Thank you and hope to see you and your driveway again!"
"[member name removed] we are very pleased to hear you were satisfied with your experience with us during the sealcoating process. I must be honest my stomach cringes every time we get a notification of a new review. Nobody ever wants to spread the word when we do good . Instead we choose to shout from rooftops when we are displeased or dissatisfied . We try to come back better and more efficient then the previous year so that we may offer the best service we are capable of. In closing, we love what we do and we hope it shows through in each and every project we complete. Thank you for having us, and thanks for caring enough to take the time to write a positive review. We hope to see you and your driveway again someday! THANK YOU"
"We are very pleased to hear you have enjoyed your experience in having us come seal your driveway over the past three years. We look forward to seeing you and your driveway again in the spring. Thank you so much for supporting us year after year. We try to do everything we can to give all of our customers the best looking driveway possible. Tell Donna in the spring when you call that Adam said to give you 10% off for you great review! Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience with us on Angie's List! Thanks!!!"
"Thank you so much for taking the time to write a positive review. Now a days no one takes the time to acknowledge when a person or persons does something good, all we focus on is the negative. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your driveway and your experience in dealing with us. Please continue to use our services in the future and get together with your neighbors at house 10 & 8 to save yourself 10% off the bill. Thank you again from all of us!"
"Your driveway was just sealed the other day against my own better judgement. The reason for the delay was due to weeks of rain and thunderstorms( I think 4 weeks is a bit of a stretch) the reason we drove by the first time was because I felt your driveway was to far deteriorated and to sealcoat was a waste of our time and your money. The reason we sealed it the following day is because we wanted to stay true to our estimate even though it was way under priced for your driveways condition and we didn't make a dime off of it. If you would like a estimate to replace your driveway next spring please let us know and I'm sure we will see you next year as both of your neighbors are regular customers of ours. Again thank you for your time and enjoy the rest of your summer."
"We would like to take this time to thank you for choosing Prestige Sealcoating LLC as your asphalt maintenance experts. We are glad to hear you were satisfied with the outcome of your sealcoated driveway and walkway. Your feedback is very important to us, and allows us to better understand our customers. Your response allows us to grow and make changes for the better. In regard to the "young lady" in which you spoke with on the phone who happens to be our mother and will be very happy to hear the flattering description. She is very diligent at her job and understands the importance of a fast response in regard to scheduling, rescheduling, and follow up questions. On an average our office receives anywhere from fifty to sixty phone calls a day, and on rainy days add another to thirty to forty calls she has to make to reschedule disgruntled customers. She is the heart of our operation and wants nothing more than to be able to contact you as efficiently and effectively as possible. She understands how important it is to respond to everyone as soon as humanly possible, but that is not always easy to do when your dealing with the amount of volume our office deals with especially during a week of straight rain. I hope this response helps you better understand our business and who we are and the service we try and provide to all of our customers. Thanks again for choosing us and we hope to see you and your driveway soon."
"The reason for the paper towels being left behind on your driveway was to try and absorb the water which was dripping from your gutters. We did everything possible to try and keep the sealer from splattering on your garage door but your gutters were either clogged and overflowing or not glued properly at the seems and were leaking. We remember sealing your old driveway on two separate occasions and the third time when this occurred was a brand new driveway. We wanted nothing but the best for you and your driveway. Had we known the gutter were leaking we would have never done the job. When we left your house after the driveway was sealed there was nothing on either door, I know this because I cleaned them myself two or three times until we got the towels in the right spots to catch the drips from the roof and prevent the splattering. I am sorry for your experience but we will not be held accountable for your leaking gutter. Thank you for your time."
"Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review on Angies List. This means so much to us and our business. Please if there is anything we can do for you and your driveway in the future please let us know. Make sure you tell Donna you wrote this review and that Adam said to take care of you guys and your family. Thanks again!!!"
