He was good, polite, personable and honest. It was an excellent experience. He is just a nice person and I would recommend him to anybody.

Went very well, Was dressed appropriately Knew what he was doing and was very polite.. I will probably use him again.

Saw an ad on Craigs List The computers were listed for $140 - $160. I called him and found out he had a small store front that he has had for about 10 years. We talked and he sounded like he knew what he was talking about and that he was established. We wanted to go look at the computers but had to wait for a couple of hours because he was not in the store. When we go there there were a lot of older computers in very crowded little office front. He again was very friendly, approachable and helped us to pick the right computer for my son's needs. He was willing to hold the computer for a few days with a downpayment ($20). At that time, he said he would be at the store until 6pm and we agreed to pick the laptop up between 5pm and 6pm 3 days later.
Unfortunately, he was not going to be available at the agreed upon time because of his daughter's birthday the following day and he needed to do something with a car for her or something. He was only available at 9am the next morning. If not, we would have had to wait a few more days because he had other commitments. So, I did pick up the computer on the next morning.
So... 3 days after Christmas, the screen developed a line and shadows. I have called the office at 9am and the owner has not answered or called me back (9:30am). I'm getting a little hesitant to give a recommendation at this time. I do plan to update the review once I have heard from him.

Update 01/13/13: Extremely well!!! Noah replaced the screen right in front of my son. He talked to James while fixing it about what he was doing and also gave him some and quot;laptop tipsand quot;. He made good on his warranty and also made it very easy since it was not and quot;drop off and pick up sometimeand quot;... it was done immediately while James waited. Very impressed!!!
