We purchased tires from mavis in jan 2014 with a 55,000 tread wear warranty. I had called right after the car 60,000 mile check up and the dealer said there was only 5000 miles worth of tread left. The man on the phone said yes to tread wear warranty. On the way home on a worknight, the tire indicator light came on, for fear of damaging a rim, we went to Mavis. Everything that came out of the salesperson mouth told me he was not going to give me any tread credit. He said these tires don't last past 30,00 miles, and you didn't rotate, without asking to see proof. Your wear is uneven, it wasn't I had already looked, and of course he said it after tires were off the car. For 2 hours we heard nothing but their complete bull. We had to take it in because we needed tires to get to work next day. They charged us $29.99 for mounting and balancing each tire. We went to eat and came back to find our hood up on our car, I wondered why changing tires requires them to open the hood. They also went as to say our dealer is ripping us off, our car is in bad shape struts are bad. They said they would fix the car for half the price of the dealer, no the dealer won't charge to fix a part that is not broke. Since leaving Mavis even with the new tires I am kicking myself for buying, the car rides like crap. It will visit the dealer soon for good service to see how they screwed it up.
We also had mavis repair brakes our Jeep in late 2014. Early this year the Jeep was being inspected at the dealer, brakes would not pass. Jeep had less than 10,000 miles on those brakes, dealer said there is no way they changed the rear brakes, It took them 3 days to fix the mess.

Job was done well, took a little long but there was a place to sit and other shops around while waiting.
When I wanted to ask a question, several times no one was there at the front desk and I had to wait.
Some of the prices are better online than in store, but otherwise everything was good overall.
