Mike and Trevor were the contractors that came out to install our new kitchen cabinets.  The cabinets arrived on Black Friday and Mike and Trevor arrived same day to start the install.  They were very professional and their craftsmanship was superb!!!  They cleaned up their mess every day and answered all my questions.  
They also installed new light fixtures above the new breakfast bar and did all the electrical work required.
We were very satisfied with our kitchen and would recommend them to all our family and friends.
The counters were installed by another contractor who came out to measure and was very detailed and explained the entire process to me.  Overall A++++

They were nice and friendly in the store at first. But each time we went in to pick out carpet or place the order it took forever. Staff didn't know how to enter the order in the computer. Once carpet order was placed, And they had our money, Home Depot wanted nothing to do with us anymore. They contract out the carpet installation and all the help they would offer was that someone would call me when it was ready. The whole process took a month and a half. So frustrating .

We had a sales person who could have been more knowledgeable about the doors however, the contractor was very nice and he did the job in an hour and 30 minutes. We had checked around and Home Depot had the door we wanted cheaper than the other places we had shopped.

THEY WERE OKAY. IT IS NOT LIKE HAVING A PRIVATE GUY WHO DOES INSTALLATION OF CARPETING ALL THE TIME. THEY WERE YOUNG KIDS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB, IT LOOKS GOOD.

THEY WERE EASY TO DEAL WITH. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY DID A DECENT JOB. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE. THEY FINISHED EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER.

IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE EFFICIENT, TIMELY AND THEIR WORK WAS DONE WELL. THE COST WAS COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER COMPANIES. WE HAD OTHER ESTIMATES. THEY WERE THE BEST PRICE FOR THE SAME CARPET AND INSTALLATION. WE'VE USED THEM IN PAST.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, NOT EXCELLENT. IT TOOK A FEW PHONE CALLS TO GET THE JOB DONE. THERE WERE NO MAJOR HEADACHES, BUT THE SERVICE WAS NOT EXEMPLARY. I WOULD SAY THAT WE GOT GOOD CARPET AT A GOOD PRICE, AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB INSTALLING IT.

THEY CONTRACT OUT FOR AN INSTALLER. THE ORIGINAL INSTALLER DIDN'T DO IT CORRECTLY BUT WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK, THEY SENT OUT ANOTHER CONTRACTOR AND HE DID IT CORRECTLY. THERE HASN'T BEEN A PROBLEM SINCE. I LOVE MY GARAGE DOOR.

THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ABOUT FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS AFTER WE PAID THEM FOR EXTRA SHIPPING, AND TO ADD A ROUNDED CORNER THAT WAS IN THE ORIGINAL PRICE. THERE IS A CRACK IN FRONT OF THE SINK, BUT THEY DID AN ALRIGHT JOB I GUESS. WE DID GET THE GRANITE AT A GREAT PRICE. THE BILLING JUST BOTHERS ME A LITTLE.

THEY WERE HERE EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE WORKING ON IT. THERE WAS A LITTLE BIT OF CONFUSION WHEN WE FIRST CONTRACTED THEM. THERE WERE SOME PHONE CALLS BACK AND FORTH DURING THE BEGINNING. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND THEY CLEANED UP WELL WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG COLOR OF CARPET. THEY CAME AND THEY DELIVERED. THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG COLOR BUT THEY GAVE US A DISCOUNT. THEY COMPLETELY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS.

THEY CAME AND MEASURED EVERYTHING FOR THE COUNTERS. THEY LEFT AND CAME BACK THREE WEEKS LATER WITH THE COUNTERTOPS. WHEN THEY WENT TO PUT THE COUNTERTOPS ON THEY FOUND OUT THAT WHOEVER CUT IT CUT THE HOLES IN THE WRONG PLACES. THEY DIDN'T QUITE GET THE RIGHT MEASUREMENTS FOR 2 OF THE OTHER COUNTERS SO THEY HAD TO TAKE THE WHOLE THING BACK AND I HAD TO WAIT FOR THREE MORE WEEKS. IT TOOK HOME DEPOT TWO BILLING CYCLES TO CREDIT $150 TO MY ACCOUNT FOR A REFUND. I HAD TO RETURN SOME LEAKY FAUCETS.

IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL. THERE WERE A FEW HICCUPS. THEY GENERALLY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEMS. THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THE JOB WAS NOT THE SAME AS WHAT WE HAD BEEN PROMISED BUT THE PROBLEM WAS WORKED OUT BETWEEN THEM, HOME DEPOT, AND THE INSTALLERS.
