I used him years ago and he replaced snow tires for me this time. I'd had one for only a few days and it went flat. He replaced it - no problem. I think he's very honorable and honest.

They fit me in as quickly as they can. I like their customer service. Their price is as everybody else's. I would continue to use them again in the future, except that I got a new car which requires specialty stuff as I have a handicap van that has special ramps and stuff that I can't use them for.

I hated that they did not have a waiting room that I could reach as I was on a wheelchair. I liked that they came in at their estimate and they were very friendly. They did it at the minimal cost. They were definitely on time.
