Gave a much higher square footage for the project quote than another contractor and myself measured. When asked they lowered the sq ft without explaining why it was high the first time. The actual company that did the floor - hollywood wood floors - were amazing. Knew their stuff, including the species of the wood, which the person who did the quote incorrectly identified. I chose them because we had a quick timeline, got a cheaper quote that would have been too late for our move in schedule.

My experience was great. They moved my heavy pieces of furniture out of the area that was being refinished and back a few days after the floor was completed. Both gentleman were very courteous. Erik in the office was really good on the phone addressing all my questions.

Everybody was super nice. I believe it was Erika I spoke to on the phone who was very understanding of all my concerns. Jim, the franchise owner, was very helpful with everything including assisting me in picking out a beautiful color. Dominick & Kenny, the installers, finished the job in one day - including clean up! I love my new floor!

The entire process from our initial quote, install and follow up were superb. There was consistent and frequent contact by all members of the team. Jim was personable, thorough and provided us with an excellent quote. Caitlin was on top of the ordering process and ensured our materials were delivered ahead of schedule. The day of install, the gentleman were efficient and moved all furniture, including a very heavy wood stove. They put back furniture and reconnected our stove with ease. Following install, Mike came to review how things looked prior to payment. I would highly recommend this company and plan to do future business with them to address our other floors. 5/5 without a doubt!

I think this company is one of the best for what they do, and the detail they show

Great initial meeting with large selection of materials and clear explanation of the process. Detailed quote with breakdown of the costs arrived quickly. After ordering the vinyl flooring, I think the office could have been a little more proactive about notifying me when the vinyl came in and when it would be installed. I only had a day's notice of when they were coming. Installation was great, very professional and neat. They moved the furniture and put everything back when they were done. I would definitely use this company again.
