What stands out about them is the quality of veterinarian.

Dr. Stone and staff were very caring and thoughtful throughout the entire difficult situation.

Al though it was a re exam, Dr. Stone spent a lot of time with my cat. Watching him walk and took a second look at his original x rays. Prescribed Prednisone to help him walk better. Dr. stone has treated all of my pets for over 10 years. In my opinion he is the best there is.

I found the front desk staff unhelpful and rude but the vet doctors were very professional and treated my dog well. I required boarding for my dog for 1 week and had signed the paperwork and agreed a pickup time. It was an out of normal hours pick up and since I was out of the country and could not get back any sooner the out of hours time was agreed upon. The day my dog was due to be picked up the Manager called my emergency contact and said they couldn't contact me and the dog needed to be picked up within the hour as they were closing. Although I had already agreed an outside hours pick up time, they let me down and ended up putting me in a very difficult situation. This was not the first time the practice let me down and the attitude of the office manager was disappointing and made me a little afraid to ask anything. Due to the ongoing number of situations that kept arising, I left the practice which I did not want to do as I liked the Vet Doctors but couldn't deal with the front desk staff and in particular with the attitude of the office manager.

The vets/techs are wonderful, attentive and friendly, the office staff a little aloof. We love going there, but if you're in a hurry you'll be bummed when you wait and wait and wait for your appointment. I spoke to our vet this morning and she apologized, assured me she would speak to the office staff about it, and did seem quite concerned about it. Let's hope that fixes everything!

They are a great business. Dr. Coger is very good. She is a graduate of Cornell. She also does holistic medications and chiropractic adjustments as well as traditional medicine.

I would have liked to have seen the boarding facilities, but they don't show them our allow them to be toured. However, they did ask us to bring our pet's food, litter, bed and favorite toys. We called before we went to pick him up and he was ready and waiting in his carrier. He was glad to be home, but seems to have been well cared for. I would use them again.

I like my vet very much. She takes a holistic approach to animal medicine. She doesn't over medicate. She allows the dog's immune system to deal with one inoculation before she introduces another. She doesn't just give two or three shots all at one time. She's always there for me. She is very supportive. I like the personnel. It's a nice physical office. Parking is good. The location is good for me. It's just a very good facility and they support their patients and clients very well.

I think they are very good, caring and excellent. I have had no problems and will use them again in the future. They are very responsive but their punctuality can vary if they have emergencies.

I like everything about them. They are friendly and efficient. Their fees are reasonable. They have excellent veterinarians.

My daughter reported an execllent experience! She couln't be happier with the services and costs. Dr. Stone showed these little creatures there was nothing to be afraid of throughout the procedlures during both appointments. My daughter stated that It was obvious Dr. Stone really loves his job and the animals he is treating. Very skilled and knowledgeable doctor. She was very pleased with the services received and would highly recommend this Vet to others.
