Job was completed in 1 day and new furnace is working great.

They were great. They came, they cleaned up. I had no problems. They were nice and friendly. Anything I asked, they answered my questions. They were more than accommodating.

From beginning to end Mr. Atanasio was a model of integrity and professionalism. He kept the original appointment for an estimate by appearing at my house on the data and time he had indicated. The estimate was ready within 48 hours and was e-mailed as an attachment. The price that was quoted for both heating and A/C was what often would be the price for just the furnace. The installation of both units was completed in less than two working days by Mr. Atanasio and his associate. When it was determined that I needed a new thermostat, as the new unit required a four wire rather than a five wire system, I inquired how much extra that would be, and for the first of a number of such inquiries the answer was always the same: The price I quoted you includes everything. So before he was done, he had installed a 120V outlet (new), an emergency cutoff switch, and a new fresh air intake vent. The latter was really appreciated as it provided me the means to easily change air filters from my living room, rather than the previous system wherein the filter was located below the furnace in the garage. The quality and neatness of the work was such that after it was completed, the rest of my garage looked shabby by comparison (as it had unfinished drywall). I was motivated to prime and paint the garage so that it would reflect the care that had gone into the rejuvenation of my HVAC systems.

On Sunday morning I turned my heat on in the house and nothing happened. My husband noticed the pilot light was out and he couldn't re-light it. We call Atanasio heating and Air Conditioning and he was able to come over that afternoon. He lite the pilot and we were all set for heat that night. Atanasio heating and Air Conditioning has been servicing our units for several years. I wouldn't have anyone else service them. He is as honest as they come and very trustworthy.
