"I have a wind storm in my town and that extremely damage the siding on one side of my property. Special Construction is a good contractor to work with. They are very responsable about what the doing. Mr. Andres always answers the phone if you need to express your concern. They came on time and they did a good job in a timely manner . Also they have the proper equipment and tools. I was very happy to be able to put My project in good hands like their and I will say if I need it in the future I will use them again."

"Dan& sons installed a pitched metal burgundy roof, porch roofs & matching carport, on my 150 year old Fort Plain home. I have also left a previous review of their residential stainless steel siding job. Included is a photo of the original house when we bought it in 2008. Dan & sons Levi, David, & Junior, have not just transformed the house, but saved it. They work with the highest integrity and their work is outstanding. Their prices are affordable and competitive. "We had an emergent situation come up with our roof right before leaving for vacation. Jose with Falcones responded so quickly to our search request and came out the same day to assess the damage.
