Auto Service
My vehicle did not start while in our driveway. We had it towed to the station to be repaired. When they checked out the car it started! Now anyone else would've charged us a fee for troubleshooting the problem, or padded a bill, not them!! They were friendly, honest and efficient!! I not only recommend them but we will be using them again!!!

They took me in immediately and I was out in 1/2 hour. They were friendly and courteous. I would choose them over the dealership in a second.

Service was great as always. They always to a full check on the car, regardless of what I bring it in for. In this case they caught the battery that was starting to show some corrosion at the contact points. After running a test, they found it wasn't at its peak and that's not something you want with the winter months coming. They gave me the facts with no pressure to have the service done with them. I know their pricing is good, so I had them change it.

2006 Honda Accord. Has been blowing warm air on the driver side and cooler but not cold on passenger. Had been taking the car to Plaza Automall Honda since new. Always considered them expensive but was afraid to take the non-dealer route until a neighbor recommended Dry Harbor to me. Still took me a while to adjust and to trust, but the first experience was after Honda was going to do full brake job and hit me with a large estimate and extra costs for Rotors ( if needed). Went to Dry Harbor and after speaking on the phone with Joe, he told me that for ceramic breaks he strongly recommended rotors changed with new breaks and estimated the complete job for less than Honda`s estimate without Rotors. Been a few years since and no break issues. Had my wife take the car back to Honda for oil change and basic 4 point lubricant. $483.62 later, they replaced the and quot;lower compliance bushingsand quot; and stated they needed to do a 4 wheel alignment. I regret my hurried decision, by phone to permit it. Honda at that time also estimated the Air Conditioner problem to be A/C Receiver, Condenser and O rings for $789.95. They charged me $220 for that inspection. I took it to dry Harbor who would charge $89 to check the issue and a found a leaking Low Pressure line. The total job was $375 and it works great. Cold as new. I will remain with Dry Harbor now. They are great. Speak to Joe.
