Very positive. Someone answers the phone at the office and I was notified that he would be late, before hand. I did not have to guess if he would show up.

I JUST MOVED INTO THESE APARTMENTS AND THEY HAVE ALARM SYSTEMS ALREADY HOOKED UP BUT TO GET THEM TURNED ON AND ACTIVATED YOU MUST CALL AND HAVE YOUR WIRES RECONNECTED.
