Bath Vision

He did a great job, installed the glass, but was a little slow in one final task but eventually did it.

Buyer beware We contacted BathVision for an estimate for a glass shower enclosure as we were preparing to do a master bathroom renovation. We arranged to have him come out on the weekend when both myself and my wife would be available. He took measurements provided us with an estimate. In January once we started the renovation Pawel of BathVision came out to our home on the weekend again and advised that he would take measurements once all tiling was complete. In early February Pawel came out took final measurements, we gave him a deposit and was told that it would be installed in 3 weeks. Once he completed the installation I noticed that top of the shower door was not level with the shower enclosure. After some insistence he agreed to adjust the door to make it level. After our first use of the shower we noticed the the shower door did not remain flush with the enclosure panel but instead opened into the shower enclosure. After following up twice Pawel responded and indicated that a door stopper could be placed on the door to prevent the problem. We then also noticed the the gasket at the bottom of the shower door was allowing water to seep onto the bathroom floor. After a number of attempts to have it repaired by BathVision we were told that he was no longer available to come out on the weekend to have it repaired. I then schedule time to have the work completed during the week but Pawel has stopped responding to my messages. I caution anyone who is inclined to use this vendor as his attitude and availability changes once payment is received.

The guy was professional and courteous. His estimate was also very good. Unfortunately for us, his availability did not work out and we had to go with someone else. I would have much rather gone with an owner operator rather than the other company that sent the owner for the estimates but he was nowhere to be seen after that.

The Bath Vision installer was very on point. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was very efficient, quick, punctual, and cleaned up afterwards.

I found Bath Vision on the internet and was little skeptical to hire a home improvement company that I found on line. But I give them a call and what a grated choice I did. The person that came to do estimate was very professional and answers all my questions about the project. Also give me suggestions on the design and installation. We did the whole bathroom remodeling in 8 working days. During the project I change a lot of things around and Bath Vision had no problem doing this for me, not like some other contractors (they will charge for any extra stuff that was not included in the contract). The place was kept clean at all times, after each day, workers clean the place so no debris or tools were around the house. It was like there was no construction going on in my bath. It was a pleasure to work with this company and I will recommend it to any one that is looking to remodel their bathroom
