Cabinet Making
It went terrible. We were told the process would take 6-8 weeks to complete. It took 20 weeks. All along the way we made several phone calls to the owner, Ernie Churchill who was entirely non-responsive. We were never kept apprised of the changes to the time-line and we still have no idea why it took so long for Mr. Churchill to show up with our cabinets. The job was still not completed to our satisfaction but we decided that we would rather do the finish work ourselves than prolong the frustration of working with Mr. Churchill.
