Do not use this company, Andy misdiagnosed a problem I had and of course suggested a multi thousand dollar fix, additionally, while his guys were still attempting to fix the problem he wrongly installed a filter (I didn't ask him to do this and he insisted) this caused water to stop on one side of the house after he left. Finally, the problem was literally a running toilet and only cost $30 to fix with a new part.

He came out on a Saturday on an emergency basis for a neighbor. Very prompt and courteous. Fair price.

First 6 days went well. After that it became a nightmare. Andy put in a light switch and cut out a big chunk of the trim around the door to make it fit. I called to complain when I got home from work that night and the next week it was fixed. It took his worker an entire week to put up subway tile in the bathtub area- I believe he was told by Andy to milk the job as I was then presented with a bill for 3000 because if all the hours it took his worker. I had already paid $6000 plus purchased $6000 worth of material out of my pocket. This is a 7x10 ft bath that will have my clawfoot tub which is still sitting in the hallway, light fixture not hung up, vanity and sinks not installed, toilet not installed. He walked away from the job after his minions screwed up the grout job that it took his 1 minion to do a week to install. He said he would fix it even if it meant tearing it out and starting over, but when it came down to it, he brought in acid and started scraping away at the grout with a putty knife making an even bigger mess. He also ruined the wainscoat I purchased and kept saying he would come back to fix it. He fixed nothing!!!! He yelled at me repeatedly blaming me for not appreciating his efforts to fix the grout with acid. I was supposed to be appreciative of that!! I can show photos of ALL this damage and then some. I have been left no choice other than taking him to court which I am in the process of beginning today. I have had enough!!! This was supposed to take 2 weeks- it is now 6 weeks and none of the above was ever finished. He yesterday told me when I told him his work with scrubbing the tiles with acid was not acceptable and I wanted it re-done that "he is done. Find someone else". I have pictures of the mess he left with acid on the floor. This man is a nightmare. He blames his poor quality work on having behavioral issues with his teenage daughter. If he behaves the way he did with me, no wonder!! All I want is for him to return $3000 so I can have his job taken down and get a professional in to re-do it. I have 2 tile installers coming to look at his mess this week. I will see him in court.

I never have to worry about running out of hot water. He services everything in my house that has to do with water.
