Throughout, the crew worked hard and with skill. They used an excavator with delicacy and care, especially when operating it near the wells and the foundation of the house. The rough cleanup was excellent, almost of landscape quality, and the final cleanup left the lawn and really the entire area between the house and the well field in very good condition. We have no reservations about the quality, timeliness, or cost of the work done by C***.
Description of Work: We hired C*** to do the excavation and cleanup for our new geothermal heat installation. The work involved digging a 5-foot deep trench, about 4 feet wide, from our house to the well site, about 100 feet from the house, and then to each of the four wells (same depth of trench, but only about 2 feet wide; at approximately the same time, they did a thorough but still rough cleanup of the job site, refilling the trench, compacting the area where it had crossed the driveway, and so forth. This work was done in March, coinciding with the drilling of the four wells and the installation of the water pumps, air handling equipment, and compressors in the basement. The final cleanup occurred in June and was really what should be called landscaping (final shaping of the lawn and driveway borders, raking, planting grass).
