It has been a nightmare. The guys are incompetent and not reliable. My husband and I have been given the run around with this job. Anywhere from the owner to the workers. They are not trust worthy. Another case of they got our money and never finished what they were supposed to correct. My husband and I are now using a tarp around our chimney. And have dealt with some snow causing leaks and now rain. On our ceiling wall and chimney stone. They still never made good on the warranty. Even when the weather was nice. Here we are $15,000.00 later still not fixed.

We got a free quote from Brian. The company called us with an anticipated start date, but continual rain was a problem. They kept us updated about when they would be able to start and followed dates we had given them as options as we had some commitments during the summer. The team leader/foreman, Mike Callaway, did an excellent job of listening to what we wanted done. He reviewed what work would be done with us, made sure he understood what we wanted, and got the work done in a timely fashion. He had us look over the work that was done, made adjustments as we requested, and did not accept payment for the job until we were completely satisfied. Mike also did some interior work on a couple of ceilings and you couldnâ t tell where the work had been done as he did such a wonderful job matching the ceiling paint and design.
