HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE. HE DID HIS WORK QUICKLY AND WELL. HE WAS TERRIBLE AT RETURNING PHONE CALLS THOUGH. IT TOOK A LONG TIME FOR HIM TO COME AND ACTUALLY DO THE WORK BECAUSE HE HAD A LOT OF WORK IN FRONT OF HIM. I HAD TO CALL HIM SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE HE WAS STILL COMING, HE WAS.
