It is a family business. They are very good at what they do. They are dependable and show up on time. They do quality workmanship.

Was recommended to Bullock by another customer. Owner stopped by my house on a Saturday afternoon, on his own personal time, to measure up the work to be performed.
He indicated that he could do the work, along with cleaning up some work done by the previous homeowner.
He gave me a general verbal quote, and a timeframe of about 4-6 weeks. I would have preferred sooner, knowing that this was an emergency standby generator (sidenote - we did have an outage within that 4-6 week period where we used a gas powered generator. Woulda been nice to have the standby generator working.) Understandably, though, my project is small by comparison.
After about 4 weeks, I got a call indicating they would be on site to do the work. I needed to be on hand when they cut power, which was not a problem. They kept me informed, and gave me reasonable expectations on the length and duration of the outages required to cut through the service.
The installation of the transfer switch was clean, neat, professional, and (especially) it works!
Both men were courteous, polite, forthcoming with necessary information, and were never condescending in any way.
When the work was completed, they cleaned up all the necessary wire clippings, secured all of the work, and gave a run down of what they did, and why they did it in a certain way.
As a sidenote, I should mention that three days after they performed the work, we had an electrical outage, and the generator fired up within 10 seconds to full power.... impressive.
