Everyone was great to work with.  Most important to me, they were responsive and communicative (which is generally rare in the Hamptons), and took the time to explain what they were doing with all the detail I wanted.  Everyone was courteous and professional, from the receptionist, the guys who I spoke with over the phone (Bill, Shawn, and Ray) and the guys who came to the house.   Although there were a few small snags that I thought could have been avoided with a bit more attention to detail, the issues were resolved quickly.

I guess if you have a big job, and you are rich - they are OK.
I had a small job, to replace one 4 foot section of copper pipe that was exposed in my shed.
They charge me $480 plus tax and I supplied all the fittings and pipe !!
They said it took 4 hours to do it ? I could have probably done it in 1 1/2 to two hours, but I was unsure of the pipe size.
I thought I would hire an expert. I should have been there. WHAT a RIP-OFF
I emailed them when I got the bill, they never replied.
Finally I called them 2 weeks later.
GO ELSEWHERE for small jobs.

Kerri the receptionist is friendly and worked with me to schedule the appointment. The guys made sure it was fixed and worked neatly, thanks Chris and Ronnie.

He was a great man. He was very neat and clean. He brought an assistant and they did great, quick work. He did exactly what you would want in someone who comes to work on your home. They did everything properly, and were on time. It was a great experience.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE, I'VE USED THEM FOR OVER TEN YEARS. I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT LONG FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND AS WELL AS ON THIS OCCASION, THE WORK IS DONE QUICKLY.
