I would never use provider again. Bottom line is that the work that the provider did was adequate - but the level of professionalism was well below an acceptable standard. Provider can and attempt to fix problem. Other issues arose and provider was extraordinarily difficult to connect with - requiring multiple calls and taking days to respond. Ultimately, when I spoke to provider's assistant we set up appointment. The day before the appointment the technician called to review the scope of work. Technician was very rude. Conversation went somewhat poorly and, on the day of the appointment, technician completely blew off appointment. No call, no text, nothing.
