The office contact person, Kathy was helpful and patient with my multiple phone calls and questions. When I was told someone would call me back to set up a time for an estimate, I was called back quickly, the estimator arrived at the time agreed upon and I received a written estimate that day. He answered multiple questions about the estimate and service plan to my satisfaction. Once we agreed to the estimate, the work was scheduled promptly. The electrician doing the work arrived at his appointed time, was careful to outline again what the work would encompass and let us know when our electricity would be tuned off for the work to be done, so we could prepare for the outage. They were flexible, working within our time frame for a return visit the next day to finish up a few details. He took the time to go through the new panel with us and labelled each breaker with the item or room it serviced. The original electrical box was crowded with a tangle of wires, the wiring in the new box was neat and orderly. Everyone was professional and helpful every step of the way and left the premises tidy when they were done.
