Paul, the owner, prompt and professional. While not the lowest price ( in between estimates from Anderson & Pella ) he sells Lincoln windows, which I had never heard of. His two installers, Dave & Ed were very skilled and communicated well during the install.

The installers were wonderful and did the job beautifully. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. Although there were some factory errors with the windows, they were corrected and the windows installed as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend this company for replacement windows.

It went very well. The crew was prompt and professional. No messes were left for me to deal with and no call-backs were needed. The fit and finish on doors and trim (inside and out) showed that this crew were pros.

Was very pleased. Quote was given promptly, along with discussions of options. Completion of the work was thorough and neat. The installers were very professional, and cleaned up thoroughly, making the installation of windows as unobtrusive as possible. The windows look great and have improved the warmth of the apartment.

Mr. Spinelli, the company owner, came to the house personally to measure and give me an estimate. After visiting his showroom to see the window choices I found his product to be top of the line for replacement windows and his prices to be very competitive.
A crew of two handled the installation from start to finish. I have never dealt with workers who were more professional and capable. They carefully protected my home throughout what could have been a very uncomfortable winter installation of windows. My existing curtains etc were carefully removed, plastic sheeting to seal the interior from the elements was put in place before the existing windows were removed and all window dressings were just as carefully replaced once the new windows were installed. In spite of the fact that these windows were installed during an Adirondack winter which broke records for snowfall , no mess was tracked into the house. In fact, during one days work, following a 2 foot dump of snow, one of the guys actually shoveled a 50ft path around the back of the house to access a kitchen window.
These men were courteous and friendly and very skilled. They finished the job down to the smallest details, painting and varnishing where necessary to match existing wood trim.
Despite the fact that my house was open to the elements during one of the hardest winters we've had in recent years my utility bills remained normal. Now that I've had the opportunity to live through a summer with the new windows in place I can truthfully say that I can see the difference in insulation qualities that these windows provide. We've had a summer with some serious heat...thermometer actually hit 103 degrees F. during a particularly warm week. But I was able to maintain a temperature inside of between 10 to 16 degrees cooler than outside ...WITHOUT TURNING ON THE AIR CONDITIONER!. I do make use of an attic fan at night to pull in the cooler air and exhaust the hot air...and , like my parents before me, I closed up the house early each morning, pulling curtains to keep out the sun. I did use a bedroom air conditioner a few times during a couple of extended hot weeks but was amazed that it wasn't necessary to run it more frequently.
Replacement windows are made to fit within the existing window opening...rather like a painting within a frame. When I was unhappy with the smaller area of actual glass on the kitchen window ( an area where I really want as much light as possible) Mr Spinelli ordered a different window ( a reconstruction window) with larger glass panes which required extensive carpentry to install....and did not charge me more for the change. And I had the insulation benefit of the smaller window for the entire time until the permanent one was delivered and installed.
Cleaning the new tip out windows is so easy I no longer have an excuse not to do it.
I am very satisfied with the entire experience.
