He did both jobs very well and on short notice. We had to coordinate with the contractor doing the rest of the bathroom work and he was accommodating.

It was okay. It was the toilet, when all was said and done, there's a gap now between the toilet and the wall which I wasn't expecting. They're all right. They came on time.

"I am responding to (member name removed)'s review regarding service work at her house by my company, Signorelli & Son, Inc. Plumbing and Heating. It seems she has made an error in which company provided her services because I have absolutely no record of ever having worked at her Fort Edward address, researching back five years. There are numerous points of contact that I have checked and she doesn't show up in any of them. I have been in business over 30 years and can provide many references to the type of quality work I do. I contacted Angie's List regarding this error, and they have sent voice mails and emails to her regarding this review and she has not responded. It is impossible to defend comments regarding my professionalism when I didn't work for her. Unfortunately, I believe she has the wrong contractor. I am a professional and take pride in my work. This response is my only recourse to an incorrect or mistaken review of work that I DID NOT perform."
