Hired Mike to paint four rooms. 1st two days everything went well. By the third day he fell behind schedule. The last day he rushed through everything and didn't properly finish. He ran out of paint and didn't completely cover the walls. Plus he didn't paint behind the toilet or behind the washer/dryer. Very unprofessional. You pay a professional price and you expect a professional job.

Everything went quite well. He was open to changes, for example to bolster long shelves so they wouldn't sag. Everything was completed perfectly at $2000 less than other contractors had bid.
