First Flame Fireplaces

Everything went so smoothly...from the first time that we stepped into the store to check out gas log sets and to explain our needs. They explained the process thoroughly and set up our appointments for both the propane tank/line installation and the conversion of the fireplace and installation of the log set so that they happened at the same time. Tests were performed for safety and functionality after the installation. Both workers were very careful to minimize their impact on both the inside and outside of our home. EXTREMELY pleased with this company and their workers.

Service person showed up on time-pleasant and introduced himself.  Set up work area very carefully to protect carpeting.  Took about 1 hour to clean the fireplace, set it back up as indicated on our fireplace manual, replace the embers and made recommendations regarding replacing the faux logs;  turned out the noisy fan was just a loose instruction paper under the unit which he removed.  Could have easily sold us a new fan replacement, but very honest, polite and definitely would use again.  Was recommended by our electrician after a quote from another company seemed excessively high for just a trip charge.
