CRAWFORD DOOR & WINDOW SALES

I had a sash from a Pella window that had rotted out after not too many years. I made a two hour round trip to Crawford so they could measure the sash to insure I got the right size. I was told delivery would be two to three weeks. After five weeks I started leaving phone and email messages and it took over a week for anyone to get back to me. I was told the sash was still at least three weeks out. The sash finally came in after eight weeks. I made the two hour ride to pick it up and it was the wrong size. I had to insist that they send a technician to my house this time to measure the window again. They said they would rush the new sash through because of their foul-up. Didn't happen. It still took eight more weeks. I was told a technician was coming to install the sash. Didn't happen. He just left it on the porch. So, I went to install it myself and guess what? Wrong size again. A third sash was ordered and I finally have the right size sash after almost six months of frustration. The lack of communication from Crawford can only be matched by their utter disregard for customer service. I encourage you to look at other reviews on social media for this company. A complete lack of customer service is the common thread among them.
