Thanks to Lexi for scheduling the work and to Bill for prompt service replacing the spring, as well as lubricating the rollers and bushings. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

The sales man and the installer were great. Installer did a great job. Only reason I rated punctuality as a “B” is because they showed up a week early to install the door. It was not fault of installer mind you. It worked out. We happen by luck to be home.

It went extremely well. Both installers were professional, yet friendly and very receptive to questions. The only change I'd recommend is to tell customer to contact company the morning of installation to try and establish a window of when installers may be coming. I had been told it would be no earlier than 9 a.m. but called one & 1/2 hrs. later not realizing I would be later than 9 a.m.

I liked working with them. The sales rep was very responsive to questions and offered a good price. The door is great. There was some difficulty pairing my slightly older car opener button to the new opener, but they supplied an extra part and it works great. All of the installers were professional and persistent in making everything work.

This happened during the holidays but we still received prompt, same day service. We have used this company before and have always received timely service from knowledgeable and friendly employees.

Salesman was prompt and professional. Took about 9 weeks for door to come in. Had to call them to inquire if door was in, so their backroom office must have dropped the ball a bit. Installation was excellent! Installer was very personable, professional and completed the job in about 2 1/2 hours. Would recommend this company to others. Quality of Raynor door is superb!

They responded with 4 hours and replaced the spring so we were able to open the door. The price seemed fair. However, after I paid they added $5 for lubricating the doors. This seemed like a nuisance fee (after the fact) when I had just paid them $200. I think they should include the three minutes it takes to lube the door in the price

Great help in advance, one day install, good response to two surprises they encountered, and great clean-up. Top quality product, now the envy of the neighborhood! We are so very happy with Adirondack we HIGHLY recommend them.

Installation and service was fine however within a month of installation I had a problem and then the customer service was exceptionally poor right from the owner on down...became unresponsive.

Everybody at the company was friendly and answered questions easily, from the office staff to the installers. This company was also less expensive than the other major overhead door company in the Albany area.
The installers arrived shortly after 9 AM. I was told the job would be done in two hours and indeed they finished in two hours. The men were friendly and polite. They did the job well and explained to me the workings of the new units. I was very satisfied. One of them noticed a problem with one of the springs being set incorrectly and fixed it. It was positioned in such a way that it could have gone flying off and injured someone.
The only complaint I have, and it's minor, is the office staff insisted they could not tell me if the workers would arrived in the morning or afternoon. I didn't expect an exact time of arrival but certainly expect to be given a 4-hour window. The installers told me the staff should have been able to give me an estimated time of arrival.
I would not hesitate to use this company again and would recommend it to friends.

The initial visit was to evaluate, open and repair a Garage Door which had broken Holy Thursday night and trapped our cars inside. Called the next morning (Good Friday) and asked if someone could come to fix the door. They arrived within a couple of hours (as promised on the phone) and determined that simply replacing a cable would solve the problem in the short term. The charge was minimal. Advised us that a new door and opener would be a good idea, something that we had suspected beforehand. There was no pressure on their part to make this purchase immediately or from them.A new door and opener were ordered and the installation occurred on May 16th, 2012. They were on time, explained what they were doing and and finished within the time frame we had been told. The installation was a little bit difficult (and we had been warned about this beforehand) due to very limited space between the ceiling of the garage and the door. They stressed that if there were any problems, to contact them immediately. We did have to call them back twice, due to slightly noisy operation of the opener. They were responsive and more than willing to ensure that any problem was resolved. The door has now been installed almost three months, works great (almost silently) and looks great. It is a double width Steel Door, but made to look like oak, both in terms of texture and color.I also need to stress that this company is located about 40 miles north of my home.I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who needs to repair or replace a garage door
