A Plus Cleaning

AMAZING! If I say my entire house was knee-deep in kid hoarding stuff it would be an understatement. It was unfathomably messed up - I had no idea how to even begin. I couldn't even figure out how a crew could even make it that clean that fast. It was not a cheap project, but it was worth every cent. They even finished early. It was like I had a new house when they were done.

Cleaned 7 rooms, 3 people, approximately 3 hours. A couple of details on next visit to address. I think they missed a couple of areas.

I met with Danielle about a month ago, and she kindly came to my home in Saratoga to give a price quote on a over-haul move-out cleaning. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and reasonable pricing.

Today her team showed up promptly and we're appreciative when I offered them off street parking since the street I love on is nearly impossible to park on. They quickly came upstairs with equipment in hand. I had been told 2 young ladies would be performing the work so I was a bit surprised when 4 arrived but hey the more the merrier. I explained the situation and basic expectations and the young woman clearly in charge was very kind. I also asked if they generally did laundry or dishes and the young woman apologetically explained that was not part of their duties. I confirmed with her that I was entirely okay with that- I even apologized that I hadn't gotten to them with all the packing I'd been doing. I assured her I'd be happy with whatever they could do since I had injured my foot moving and was just relieved to have their help. I left for an hour and half, when I returned the girls had gone. I opened my door and my apartment smelled incredible- the place was literally shining from floor to ceiling. As I made my way room to room I was totally in awe. When I finished my walk through in the kitchen, I was brought to (happy) tears when I found not only had the dishes been done but the dish washer had been emptied as well. They did such a great job I actually am a bit sad to be moving out.

I had Danielle and her team clean my parent's house after they recently moved to a nursing home. They had been living in the house for 45 years and it had not been kept clean for at least the past 10. These ladies did an incredible job. Danielle brought 6 others with her and they spent an entire day cleaning this fairly large house. Everything needed to be cleaned - walls, appliances, ceilings, windows, floors, ... I knew I had hired the right team when I came upon one of the girls cleaning the outside of the drainpipe under the kitchen sink! After about six hours of their tireless work, the place looked and smelled great! It was an incredible transformation of a house that started out just absolutely filthy. I wholeheartedly recommend A Plus Housecleaning.

They were however a little too fast and I feel lead to them missing things. They really did just the basics. Additional things like making sure that they got the baseboards and the corners of the rug were not done. To have those additional things completed, we would have had to pay extra. We had them come and clean with us 3 times total before we terminated the service. I have to say, they did do their job, however, more attention to detail would be good.

I live in a 60 year old house that I am preparing for sale and since I am older than the house I needed help in getting it clean and ready for possible buyers. I looked on Angie's List and found A Plus Cleaning. I called Danielle who came at the agreed upon time and after looking the house over gave me a very reasonable estimate. Danielle made an appointment, sent her charming, happy, hard-working crew in and they created a miracle for a very reasonable price. Cobwebs are gone, walls wiped down, windows are shinning, the hardwater stain is off of the plumbing fixtures and the hardwood floors have a nice patina. And all of this was done in a quick efficient manner with an eye to details that I didn't even catch. I am so pleased that I found A Plus Cleaning on Angie's List and I plan to have them back with each open house just to keep things sparkling..

Danielle and her team are fantastic! I've lived in 3 different states with 4 different bi-weekly homecleaners, and A+ Cleaning is by far the best. Not only are they incredibly good at cleaning, they are timely and provide reminder text messages the day before with the exact time they will show up to clean. I can't say enough good things about A+ Cleaning!

The three ladies arrived promptly on time and went right to work. They asked us a few questions about the house to familiarize themselves and began the job. They worked like a well oiled machine together and did an excellent job. They cleaned both our bathrooms, vacuumed all our floors(and moved the furniture), cleaned all our windows, dusted all our furniture, cleaned our kitchen laminate floor, cleaned our kitchen appliances and more. We are both in our sixties and have some health problems and we are selling our house, so we need the house to be kept up for showings. We are planning to have them come back once a month to keep up the appearance of the house. We couldn't be more pleased with their work.

It was wonderful, fantastic attention to detail!  I have already booked them for two future dates!!  Highly recommend!

They are very thorough and energetic. They have done such a great job. They will do spring cleaning and windows. There is a team of four workers that spend about two and half hours. I believe this is very fair.
