Titanium Grout Lines

There were a number of issues of concern: Grout cleaning was not completed as promised; new grout was put on top of moldy caulking on ceramic shelves instead of removing, cleaning, and re-caulking the shelves and other shower accessories; gray silicone was used around tub, floor, and shower accessories instead of white which was the previous color; an inexperienced worker was sent alone to do a big job and he damaged a couple of tiles in the process; the second person (not much more experienced) that was supposed to arrive late morning did not arrive until towards the end of the day (after 3 PM); they did not thoroughly clean up after, left drips of caulking and grout on tub, floor, etc. and tracked grout through house. The biggest issues is the mold that was supposed to be removed and thoroughly cleaned is seeping through the new silicone/caulking. Buyer beware!
