We engaged Abigail and George to help us sell our childhood home, after our mother passed away late last year. From the moment we met them, we were struck by their professionalism, understanding and knowledge, and we knew they were the right team for us. Starting with determining a proper listing price for the property, Abigail and George walked us through every step of the process, offering excellent advice and guidance based upon their wide experience. They made relevant recommendations for some of the professional services we needed to make some repairs and improvements to the house, and introduced us to top-notch contractors. We felt comfortable relying on them, and they did not disappoint us at all. We feel almost like they are part of our family, and we of theirs. I could not recommend them and their team more highly.

We were assigned Chris, someone specialized in the type of property we wanted. While the market hasn't been in our favor, Chris has continuously shown that he has our best interests in mind even if it means having to wait and risking not closing (with no fee for him). Having worked with half a dozen agents in the past I know how rare it is to find someone like him. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service. It is my pleasure to post a review for Abigail and George Herrera’s Queens Home Team At Keller Williams. As somebody who researches online extensively before buying something and hence benefits from others’ reviews, I shamefully acknowledge that I seldom post a review. In this case, our experience was so positive that it really would not be fair to not share some comments. We just finished selling a Forest Hills apartment with the Team and our experience was outstanding from start to finish. We lived in NYC for 8 years and our impression is that service in the City can leave much to be desired (eg go to buy a car and they make you feel like they are doing you a favor, unlike the rest of the country). The experience couldn’t have been more positive with Abigail, George and Ana. We were extremely impressed with their professionalism and courtesy, yet very efficient. We were also impressed with the appropriate use of technology for us to communicate and exchange forms, electronic signatures, etc which came in particularly handy given that we are living 3,000 miles away! Also appreciated the market study information that they gave us to support pricing, etc. In addition, we liked how they gave us the option to choose on everything but did not shy away from giving us advise when we requested it. They suggested what initially seemed an ambitious pricing but ended with a closing price not far from that so we were very pleased. I highly recommend them without any reservations.

Selling a cooperative apartment is a real headache. We used a different realtor at first and two purchases fell through. We then switched to Keller Williams Realty who sold it quickly for us. My husband and I had been searching for apartments for a year and almost gave up. After we had spoken with the team, we knew we were in good hand. The Queens Home Team is very responsiveness and professional. The Queens Home team treated us like their family members. The whole burying process was stress free and it mean a lot to the first time home owner.

We were at a point where we thought it would be impossible to sell our apartment. We even had a couple of different realtors in the past that gave up on us, then I met George and Abi from the queens home team. They treated their clients like family. Even though it was a long tough road we went through it together. I think they were equally as happy as we were when it was sold. It wasn't because they didn't have to deal with our property anymore.
