"The customer was aware of the situation before any work was began, I want to make point clear. Also the customer for whatever reason can not or will not work with the Electrician that currently has an open work permit for that job site now. The 2nd point was that customer attempted to save money by not informing me of open work permit (which he only brought up after the project was completed mind you). He needs to deal with Electrician who had the work permit now. The electrical work I did is perfectly legal and according to NYC code. I have pictures to prove it. Some people just blame others for their own incompetence."
