We called Mr. Fix It Roofing and spoke with Michael.  He met us at the property and provided an assessment of the damage to the roof with an estimate. On the day of the repair Michael and John arrived and worked all day laying the new boards, waterproof felt and the new shingles that closely matched those that were there.  The repair went smoothly and Michael even agreed to forward a written assessment of the condition of the roof and the repairs made.  The service and follow up was outstanding and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof repair company. ( This changed after he cashed the check)

Update: Roof continued to leak above area repaired weeks after the repair. We understood that the roofer would not guarantee the repair  as we opted not to do the entire roof. We called to schedule additional repairs that we would pay for, maybe add additional roofing shingles and or a tarp. 

We called, sent texts, and emailed with no response. Michael seemed like a very reliable person. As he has not responded, I have changed my review.

We now have to call someone else and I do not feel good about the situation and I am glad we did not hire him to do the entire roof.

Great job.  Bought Firestone material and premium coating.  Workers did their job professionally.  Would recommend Mike to anyone.  Personable guy.  No BS in how he does business. 
Fixed my vinyl siding.  Other quotes were ridiculous.  Mike was fair.  Can't go wrong with Mr. Fix It!

.I spoke to Mike on telephone to get an idea of his skills and I was impressed  by his knowledge.I had previous estimates done for my roof and he was by far the most reasonable and fair price I was quoted..I scheduled an appointment and he came to my home checked the roof and gave me a detailed estimate.His professionalism and personality are just two of the reasons why it was a pleasure having him work on my house........The WORKMANSHIP and attention to detail by his workers is excellent .The work was completed in two days ,everything was left neat and tidy and all garbage was removed by him and his team. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and will be referring Mr Fix it ...Michael Loeo ...to friends and family.

The result of the deal was not as advertised (the written report portion), but the company owner was kind enough to contact me  and give me a full refund on the deal.

it went great.  unfortunatley we were not able to use his serivces for the overall fix.  But he definately knew his stuff

It went very well. He seemed to be a honest guy.  He quoted price, he called back and said he overestimated by $100. Another man did all of the clean up and there was no mess. He made 2-3 trips and had everything out by the end of the night.

Although getting a roof done is pretty pricey, Mr. FixIt offered me a GUARANTEE & WARRANTY for 12 years with NO LEAKS.
The workers came on time. They are very nice guys who worked in 19 degree weather (which is crazy). They nearly finished the first day, but had to come back yesterday for a few hours to finish the job and have me sign off on their work & pay them. They cleaned up everything prior to leaving, and hauled away about 8 bags of garbage.
Granted, It hasn't rained since the roof was completed, but I give them a *****5 STAR***** Service review.

He found a few missig shingles that needed replacing and quoted a price for that.  A leak in my bedroom that I was not sure if it was from the roof or the window in the attic.  He confirmed it was from the window.  Very professional.  Do the the age of the shingles, we discussed options for repair/replacement.  He followed up with a written estimate and I will looked to the repairs in the spring.
