Highly recommended Mik's work. I needed my bricks re-pointed and window lintels replaced to prevent recurring leaks that had begun a year ago. Mik came by the same day as my ServiceMagic request and provided a quote on the spot. I decided to hire him based on the reasonable price point and his no-nonsense way of explaining the process in which he would accomplish the work. His crew was professional, showed up on time and completed the work in 2 days as promised. He also built in 2 new gutters and fixed a few damaged areas on my roof for a very marginal price. He did not try to oversell. It stormed today and so far no leaks.

Worked w/ Mik on this project. He was on hand almost all of the time while the project started till the end. He is very attentive to needs of the customer and goes the extra mile for you. If things go wrong, he takes care of it by the end of the project. The project time frame was kept almost to the contract except it rained several times which stopped the work and caused the project to go a couple of days longer. All in all I am satisfied with the work.
