"The floor was hard wood not laminate we install a plywood sub floor over concrete sub floor, and install hard wood select oak flooring There was No leaks and no water there at all when we finished the job. We never seen any water 3 weeks later she call and said 1-2 boards and came up I never ask her for more money, I said I will send my floor mechanic over. He went there and fixed the boards and that was it. They called me 3 weeks later and said the basement flood it. I was so sry to hear that after all the work we did in they place. We didn’t do it."
