The movers were respectful, took great care of the furniture, quick and careful. There was one heavy piece would not fit on the elevator, they walked it up 6 flights.

My floors were scarred and they did not have the knowledge to take the doors off the fridge to take it upstairs.

The crew informed you that the refrigerator is larger than the width of the hallway and for this reason if the doors would be removed would not make any difference. Sometimes, we can't argue the obvious. We called you as a courtesy follow-up, but you didn't have time to chat with us. Regards, Empire Movers Team."
