Do not hire- unprofessional. Pronobendu (Kumar) did not have adequate chain of custody for the specimens and incurred a fine from the City for our building. He then promised to resolve the issue and but failed to appear at the court hearing or pay the fine. Extremely disappointing and frustrating for a service we paid for. Beware.
