Masonry Work
I have the business card for this company from the owner. He said he was going to get me a good deal on my ceiling. Initially he gave me a fabulous price, but then kept jacking it up as time went on. I went out and paid for all the materials on top of paying $350 up front. He left in the middle of the project and then demanded that I paid him in full before he would finish the job. I called the company and they said they didn't know William Arias Duque and I'm still trying to get in touch with him.
