+ -1 moreWhen I saw what had happened I called the contractor and asked him to come over on Sat AM and to explain himself. My Aunt is an elderly women and she was not capable of making this decision without the help of her son. When I confronted this contractor he agreed to send him men back on 3-18-2014 to repair the damage they had done. No money has exchanged hands, but the steps are now dangerous. I have real concerns about the ethics of this company, and anyway using them should take this story into consideration
Description of Work: He was doing a driveway across the street. He approached me if I wanted my "steps done" as I was leaving for work, but he then after I left he went to my elderly Aunt's next door and convinced her to have her "steps done" without giving her a written estimate, or speaking with her son, who owns the house, who was away, for $2500. His men then came and ripped up her sidewalk and left them in disrepair.

+ 0 moreWhen they did the work, they left about 5 inches of rough concrete on each side of the walk and the whole length, so they never framed it out. I have asked them several times to come back and fix it and they won’t. They also will not return my calls. I am upset the company and I think they take advantage of women. They are very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I have a flagstone walk and it begin to wobble and I hired them to re do my walk and some steps.
