masonry, basement waterproofing
+ 0 moreI’ve been a customer of his for the past 10 years. Carlos Forero is an excellent mason and a great roofer. He always has a great crew, speaks excellent English, and his prices are very fair. He’s very responsive via emails as well as by phone. Sometimes, he doesn’t like to travel too far without the customer paying the tolls, but I don’t mind that, since he’s a great guy to work with.
Description of Work: The last visit, he did some chimney repair and did some masonry work in front of two of my properties, which included repairing some cracks & moving steps to stop a leak. Also, in the basement hallway, he removed a lot of plaster from ground level to about four feett up, and explained to me why he was doing that work.
