James installed new replacement basement windows for us and did an excellent job! The old windows were the originals, from when the house was built in 1963. Though they may have been standard size then, they weren't now. James advised that we could do custom windows, which would have run us about $300.00 per window, or go to a retailer where standard basement windows were under $100.00 each. We chose the latter, and for $100.00 per window, James built out the frames and installed the windows. Goodbye drafty basement and high energy bills, and hello new family room!
